It works just fine on Windows 7, at least running through Steam, and I had a ton of fun with the game. The survival mode is a lot of fun, though I have mixed feelings on versus mode. I thoroughly enjoyed the game, personally, so yeah. Go ahead and get it.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

Ok, but why does the game cost 40 dollars and it's well old.

The game is $15 on STEAM, which I'd say it is worth. If you want to spend $40 go for it, but you're paying $25 more than you need to.

That being said, just because a Laptop has Windows 7 that does NOT mean it will run well. RAM, CPU, and GPU all factor in to that.

Not sure if your laptop can handle it, but the game itself is pure win for the most part. Although the protagonist is a bit of an oddball as far as ultramarines go lol. Just know that the multiplayer versus progress is shared with the survival progress. Which was a problem when I played it like crazy at launch and then later wanted to coop with a friend and I already had everything unlocked when they released survival.

That said, it would still be worth the money at full retail. It£s a pretty awesome game.

First test if your machine can run it properly (you can obtain a free test copy from the internet).
If it does run, you should definitely buy it. It is a great game, altough the campaign felt a little short imo.

I'm not sure if Steam still has the free demo or not (that's probably the easiest way to see if it will work and it's the way I first tested and experienced it, leading me to buy it)

Very fun game and lots of cool things to see.

We're gonna need another Timmy!

40K Space Marine is a great game! If your system specs are up to par, definitely check it out on Steam. Single player is fun and so is multiplayer, if the community is still active. I only wish they would make the sequel.

Fantastic game; perfectly capturing the might and fury of the Space Marines in action.

It has it's flaws (it's definitely setup as a console game rather than a PC fps) and the balance in multiplayer can seem a bit off (assault marines are a bit redunkulous) but it has huge replay value with the co-op and deathmatch modes.

Yeah get on steam for the fact of that you can download it again at no extra cost if you upgrade your PC
Oh and dont buy the DLC's, no one plays them anymore

You can test if your pc would be able to run it.

Also, HOW IN feths NAME IS 4 YEARS CONSIDERED "well old".

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.
