Looks pretty good to me! Perhaps the head and chest aquila should be slightly different colours or shades so that the head stands out? There is a lot of bone on the model that blends together.

I like it, honestly I have always had trouble with bone and getting to look natural. It is hard and there are so many ways to paint it but as I said i do like, good job.

I love termie Chaplains! I think you've done this one especially well. The weathering seems fine to me, and there is such thing as too much weathering. The Chaplains being as ridiculous as they are over cleanliness, I doubt they would be caked in mud for long.
