I am looking for a power armor shoulder pad for a Inquisitor that I am making. My girlfriend had a space wolf that has a shoulder pad that has the inquisition I on it. Where can I find another one of these?

It's most likely one of the shoulderpads from the Deathwatch Upgrade Kit.

I think Command Squad box came with some shoulder pads with Inquisition markings on them, that have a raised edge along the top. I can't tell for sure anymore, because I've long since de-sprued all my command squad boxes and sorted out all the parts -- they're sitting in a gigantic sorter box with a label on it that says "SM PA Shoulder Pads"
