Really quick question. For example, if I took two CADs with two Chaos Lords on bikes each, could I attach all of them to the same bike/spawn unit?

Sure you can. We have rules to allow Independent Characters to join units, with no restriction on how many can join a single unit.

Indeed. The only restrictions are what unit types are in the unit, Allied status, and Infiltrator status.
