I think he looks awesome, but I don't like his head. Is that easy to switch out, or does it have a mechanism that makes it hard to change?

And do any of you have any pictures of people that have done this before?

very, if you look at the sprue, the head is a separate piece.

It swaps out just like any other space marine model with the ball joint neck. You need to test fit any other head though, some of the helmets won't fit without trimming.
