[1000-1500] - tau/eldar/harlequins - need help fixing

ok I need help fixing my army up, as once again I have been utterly destroyed by my local that guy and I realized how awful the balance in my list is, can I get some suggestions as to what I should take from what I currently own to make a decent list. bearing in mind I don't want to have to buy more as I have no money to buy more stuff.

the only models I can change the weapons on easily are my crisis suits and commander and my guardian's hwp. the rest are fixed.

so far I have

Tau;
1X commander with sheild generator, cyclic ion blaster and airbursting frag projector

1X cadre fireblade

1X 12 man fire warrior squad with pulse rifles, 2 gun drones and shas'ui and two gun drones

1X crisis suit with sheild generator, flamer and fusion blaster and two gun drones

1X crisis suit with missile pod, plasma rifle, flamer and two gun drones

1X crisis suit with burst cannon, plasma rifle and advanced targeting system

1X 3 man stealth team with fusion blaster and marker drone

1X piranha with burst cannon

1X 10 man pathfinder squad with two ion rifles, a rail rifle, grav inhibitor drone, pulse accelerator drone and recon drone

1X broadside with HYMP, SMS seeker missile, marker drone and missile drone

1X devil fish

Eldar:

1X farseer with singing spear

1X spirit seer

1X 10 man squad of guardians with HWP (HWP has no fixed weapon)

1X 5 man squad of wraithguard with d-scythes

1x wraithknight with ghostglaive, scatter laser and star cannon

Harlequins:

1X 6 man harlequin
troupe troupe master with kiss and shuriken pistol
player with neuro disruptor and hand weapon
player with fusion pistol and hand weapon
player with kiss and shuriken pistol
player with embrace and shuriken pistol
player with hand weapon and shuriken pistol.

so what can I do to make a good list for all comers with what I have presented here?

Well lets start at the top.

your commander:
if you were to take everything off and make him a buffmander you could add some marker drones to him and place him in a squad of marker drones..... (I usually use single gun gundrones with the target lock bit to make my marker drones) this will increase your marker light potential and at BS5 to boot.

I would use the loadout you currently have on him as just a regular single crisis suit.
I have found that giving a crisis suit 2 of the same weapon (not twin linked) works better than a mix of weapons.... that way you dedicate to killing marine equiv or what not and then take on the rest.
the fire blade works for some people, keep him with the fire warriors in cover if possible

are you running regular tau or a farsight list? If you are running regular tau you need another troop choice

the rest I can't accurately help you with.

It looks like you don't really have a list here - you just have a bunch of models, and you want someone else to make you a list from those pieces. Try putting something together from your collection that you feel would make a strong core that you would like to build on, like a core detachment maybe, and then see if you can get some feedback on that. You'll likely have more luck than asking for a list to be written for you, and it'll help focus on the units that YOU want to play.
