I am a CSM player that wants to use the fallen champions but every time i have used them they would die in the first turb thanks to the infiltration. How do i infiltrate the effectively? And what loadouts are good for them?

You can infiltrate them in ruins, buildings or behind impassable terrain.
Infiltrating them in the open isn't a good idea, unless you want to use them as fire magnets (I think they're a bit too expensive for that)

You use them in an infiltration list with Huron/Ahriman and 20 marines to infiltrate together with something like spawns and bikers. Cypher goes with 20 marines. And you have a lot of stuff in the opponent's face so that he has to choose what to shoot at.
In this case i prefer a couple melta guns and probably one hidden fist but not necesserely. Melta's really helpful for that little suppression factor. Support it all with a bit of summoning and you'll lock your opponent while running around scoring points. Cypher and marines are a pain to deal with cause of shrowded and Hit&Run. However, i'd recommend to think of a way of making them fearless. There's a lot of stuff that can cause trouble due to pinning. One way is to run cult marines, slaanesh and, surprise, zerkers seem the best pick here. Another way is to run Fabius Bile - will make the squad fearless and +1 str which is great for them. Or you could join in some fearless indep later on or right from the start if you roll high enough on your d3 infiltrators.

As Vector said, don't infiltrate in the open. Put em out of LoS. Although some characters and units go well together (Snikrot and Kommandos as an example) allowing stealth and shroud to stack making it more safer to be in the open but be sure to not be near units that can ignore cover.
