I just recently finished up painting up my first squad of Skitarii Rangers and I figured I would throw them up here on critique. There is a few things that I know that I need to fix, or at least fix in the next batch; I decided that I had to stop fiddling with them and get them sealed and go onto the next thing. I intended to have all of the model matte coated, but it looks like some of the bits of the minis did not get hit so I will have to do that later. There is at the moment no highlighting that was done. This was a conscious decision, since I did shade the model and a good portion of the models were true metallic colors, so I did not worry too much, but I might do that on the next batch or at least on the characters. I'm also not certain how well highlighting then doing the weathering of the cloaks would work. The cloaks bottoms were hit with some MIG Pigments Martian Dust. I was experimenting with this, so some of them have more layers, some of them were fixed with the MIG Pigments Fixer (which is enamel), and some of them just used Mineral Spirits as the fixer. Some got the weathering done after the matte coat, some got coated after. The skill is a work in progress, and I learned a lot of things for the next batch.

Anyhow, here they are, or at least a few pictures of them. I have more pictures of them in my gallery.
