The Zhadsnark blob is cool, but too pricey at 500. Basically, you have a single unit. Your opponents entire list is going to shoot at that one mob. For orks, it should be boyz before toyz, every time.

That was my worry but i'm trying to write a list that will scale up nicely, I don't want to end up buying stuff that i will only use in smaller games.

What would a 500pts speed freak army look like?

When I get up to bigger games I'm adding a stompa full of meks
so the end point will be a big biker blob grots in a defence line and the stompa full of lootas and meks and thats pretty much it.

Warboss with Bike, Da Lukky Stikk, Klaw, Bosspole (use zhadsnark model)

4 Bikers + Nob with BP, BC
4 Bikers + Nob w/BP, PK
5 bikers + Nob (for warboss

is being unbound not that big a deal then? I've been out of 40k since the new rules dropped!

Unbound lets you take whatever. If you followed good force org you get objective secured. But with speed freaks and the bikers, you can just push people off them.

11 boyzs + nob w/bc, bp trukk w/ram
11 boyz + nob w/bc, bp trukk w/ram

In any 500 pt mini tournament I've played in it's 1hq, 1troop mandatory. Then anything you want.

I like your original, but because you're running Zadsnark, why buy gretchin? Warbikers are troops. So instead buy 3 more bikes. Make a unit of five and a unit of 6 join an he to each and give both HQs boss poles. Try that. Maybe you'll kill stuff. Maybe not. But should be a fast fun game
