I originally wanted to do a Kult of Speed with Evil Sunz but the Snakebites have always been in the back of my head as a army.
After arranging a visit to watch Jurassic World with a couple of mates, I sort of had an idea.

Would it be possible to model some Orks on some dinosaurs, maybe turning said Saurs into Squigs and use the Warbiker rules for them? Just to fit in line with the lack of technology that the Snakebites have?

I was kinda thinking basing the dinosaurs off Velociraptor models, maybe cutting off the heads and replacing them with more squig like heads.

Provided all this sounds plausible, what sort of size would be best to use? I was maybe thinking having them slightly bigger than the Orks themselves, or else the rider would look top heavy and greenstuffing some reins and the Warbiker guns to it.

Maybe have Pterodactyls as some planes?

This sort of conversion is common for Eldar players wanting an Exodite army (Eldar riding dinosaurs etc.), so maybe google some images for that for inspiration.

In the above, Lizardmen or Dark Elf Coldones are usually used for bike equivalents, also look at Ripperdactls as Defkoptas.

The Frozen North

Boars also work great, check out the warhammer fantasy line. With some creative modeling, you could turn the chariot into a buggy as well.

You say that I am crazy. I say that you are right!

Boars
Squigs
Any kind of beasts
Mixed beasts (AKA mutants - a Mad dok with a taste for beasties?)
Mutated squigs? You could go with a squig-raptor feel, so elongate the tail, keep the roundish body shape and the large face, but also extend out the jaw like a dinosaur and give it many teef! Snakebites are known for their skills in breeding, would be very plausible to have some skilled breeders who mutate and create these more nasty squig variants.

I just finished a mutated squig-kopta, if you like i'll post a pic later and show you what can be done with a squig and some imagination!

Hey Frozo, totally forgot to take a picture,

However I was on a bitz site earlier (bitzbox.co.uk - which was on 75% discount - lets just say I just spent quite a bit of cash on quite a lot of bits ) and I've just ordered myself some bits to make a 15 man snakebite bike squad I hadn't intended too, I was just picking out cool bits and as I was trying to come up with some ideas I had a bit of snakebite fluff float into my head.

I'll show you the idea i'm going with;
Spoiler:

This is my current painboy on bike, but this is more of a shape idea, so my bikes would all be snake tailed, I will be using savage orc boyz bodies (as they are topless - hubahuba!) and then i'll make the tails out of plastic tubing and greenstuff. Its not a very difficult conversion and has pretty good results imo

Boarboyz used to be a thing back in 2nd edition. That'd be an obvious thing to do - just nab some boarz from the Fantasy line, as mentioned above, and strap some big shootas on them. That would be very characterful.
