The Tech Priest Dominus of the Cult Mechanicus has a Mechadentrite harness that include a dataspike. The dataspike has a special rule that grants the model an additianl attack at I10 using the dataspike's profile.

2 questions. 1st, can the dominus attack at initiative 10 with the datapike and at initiative 1 using his power axe or must he attack at I10 with the dataspike and initiative 3 make more attacks with the dataspike? 2nd, If he can attack with the power axe, would being equipped with both the power axe and the dataspike grant him an additional attack?

1 - The Dataspike give your Tech Priest 1 attach ONLY in addition of the other he may have. Let say an Axe. Then you have 1 attack at I10 with the Dataspike then 3 attack with the axe.

2 - As per the rule book. If your character have more than 1 CCW then he benefits from +1 attack in CC.
