Working on a Morkanaut for my Bad Moon Boyz.



So are I've painted the legs, the claw and I'm working on the body now.
Paint scheme:
Prime Black

Averland Sun - Drybrush "base coat"
Agrax Earthshade - Wash "base coat"

Averland Sun - Diluted Paint " base mid tone"

I try to achieve a 'worn' look by not be too fussed about even coverage, leaving scrapes darker, leaving extra dark areas around the rivets and such.
Once eveything has a 'base mid tone' I'll build up the next layer which will be 50/50 Averland Sun and Vajello Flat Yellow.

Updates when I have more progress.

I have finished all the base-tone.





And.. while I was waiting for large sections of armor to dry I was able to slam this guy out.



And.. while we're talking about projects I pick away at. A while ago I picked up these 'Faux Slate' coasters from Bed Bath and Beyond. You can buy them now on Armazon.com (Spectrum 19419BX Faux Slate Coasters, Black Set of 4)... after shipping they are less than $20 for a four pack. They are about 4" on a side and .... they make great objective markers!!!
