to me, you seem very low on synapse for ground forces. Im not a fan of the hive crone, neither the harpy but sometimes they surprise me ! At 1850 pts always go for 2x hive tyrant wings, TLD, electro grubs, you will never regret it !

I'd drop the genestealers for another flyrant a pair of mawlocs and a malanthrope.
