Do you glue down the Kabalites hanging off the sides? Or do you hang them there for games and then take them off for transport?

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

Your choice!
Personally I left them off altogether, I only attach the gunner and helmsman.
When a unit is in the transport it's possible for me to position the champion, special and heavy weapon or any other relevant war gear choices/characters on the deck as a simple way to show what is in each vehicle. Same with the venom.

I may paint up the hangers on when the rest of the army is done and I can find a good way to magnetise them.

Good point, I am painting them separately so I could always leave them off until I decide what I'm happy with.

I'd go with little magnets, storage would be a bit of a swine If attached. It also means if you get spares, you could paint them differently and swap and change.
