Just play KoW and your problems are solved

No, they're really not. What if you don't like Kings of Wr at all? What if its too simple for me? What if its not actually Warhammer?
What if I want to have the same unit options, spells, etc. that I've been enjoying for the last 20 years?

Do people who like WHFB spam kings of war threads saying you should play WHFB instead? Or do you get paid per post by the Mantic folks to shill for them?

OT, i picked up the 3rd edition boxed set for WHFB, and have been picking up all the 6th/7th edition army books for cheap. If 9th doesn't come out, or isn't an improvement, I'll get my square-bashing fix by playing an older version. People I play with are up for it as well, which makes it much easier, obviously.

If you enjoy Warhammer, there are plenty of options

Exalted for truth man. I get that KOW is a good game, it seems fun and all that, but personally, I have no interest in it. I'm planning on seeing how AoS comes out, if I dislike it, I still have plenty of good stuff for 8th ed, but telling people that their problems are solved by picking up a game you like, solves nothing.
