Looks good, but you will likely really want some Shrouding. So swap in one or two venos, spend the extra points, and consume the galaxy!

You've a lot of points in units that won't achieve a huge amount in the Gaunts. Mixing your Formations in with your CAD makes reading the list very difficult as is listing special rules and mundane gear.

Yeah, personally I like my haunts low cost. If I add Devoured x it's in a 2/1 ratio, two Spinegaunts for every Devilgaunt.

You may find you're happier at 50/50, or 66/34.
