So I was playing agianst these other space marine player and he was using a chapter master and wrecked me so I want to get one now lol. So I want to actually build one not discuss the build. So I would like to know of sites I should go tho order bits we be great

Obviously, GW and FW are by far the best sources for fancy bits for your ChapMas.
Chapterhouse studio also produces some shoulder pads.
Scibor miniatures has several bits that you can use, as well as complete miniatures that would make for a nice ChapMas

FW is the best place to get bits ever. For Space Marines at least.

What's the theme you want? Knights? Samurai? A world war? Greek? Roman? Viking? Etc.

depends on how you're building it. can you tell us how you wanna gear out the chapter master?

Probably a box of Sternguard or Vanguard will have just about every bit you'd want.

that's a pretty good place to consider starting. IIRC it does however lack a thunderhammer and storm shield, although GW sells packs of them seperatly

I used Chaos Warrior bits, dark angel bits, space wolf bits, and a flamer from a tactical squad.

For this guy I cut apart Azrael's body and put on lightning claws to give an alternate look at shrike with basically a heavy dark angels theme.


I mean its up to you. I have pretty good experience with custom making my space marines and chapter masters. Every Marine I build has a personality to him often giving them scratches or some personal effects. (Please note my army is around 400 marines strong)
