I've been looking through the Dark Angels book and can't find a way to make Ravenwing bikes objective secured. Am I just overlooking something?

You are not. It is no longer possible for DA to have any ObSec bikes or Terminators.

Not if you play ravenwing many players that play dark angels, play them to take a death wing or ravenwing army. If you take demi company you might as well play space maries. I personally think this codex was for the most part terribly done, and destroyed anyone with a deathwing army, and made the ravenwing for more clunky and restricted.
Sammy and Belial no longer give objective secured to termies and bikes, so why by the grace of god did they not get a point reduction.
Anyway, yeah bikes and termies are no longer objective secure.

Gladly trade your ObSec bikes for re-rollable jink save bikes. Deathwing is not so clear.

yeah, this codex is far and away better than the previous. Obsec is not all that, not when you see what RW got in place of it. As soon as the HQ situation is sorted it will be even better. As for DW, not so sure...they definitely dropped the ball with the DWSF

I'd have to go back and look again, but doesn't the auxilliary formation(s) get ObSec in a Lion's Blade? So a full on RW/DW army might not, but they can as auxilliary for Lion's blade?

just the demi-company has Obsec, none of the auxiliary do. The only rules for the whole Lion's Blade is overwatch at normal BS plus free transports if 2 demi companies taken.
