Looks like with a little work it could be a nice Chimera stand-in. Whaddya think? At £4 I'm very tempted to try one and break out the styrene and my bitz box. A platoon's worth of Chimmies for £12 + spare bitz is hard to turn down.

These are the correct scale, cheap (20 quid), and they look about 10 times better than a plastic toy that will probably require some work to convert into something useable. I'm all for saving money, but I also don't like re-inventing the wheel.

Nah, I haven't got around to painting it yet. I keep meaning to get out the airbrush and do it, but that's just not happened.

They don't look any good to me, sorry. Not an aesthetic that works for me.

Are they in a plastic that's glueable with normal poly cement? If so, I can forgive the bits I'm not keen on as I can easy replace them (I have spare autocannons, etc, to 40K them up). Nice tip if they're easy to work with, thanks.

Yep, should glue with normal plastic glue, and the kit itself doesn't need glueing at all, so you can keep swapping parts in and out.

Thanks bud, I think we have a winner for that price. They may become my Russes AND Chimeras. Automatically Appended Next Post: Paradigm, I just bought 5, as it would have been rude not to get 5 tanks for under £30. I'll post results up when they're modified and ready to roll out!
