Simple, who do you think allies with DA the best and why? I am reviving my DA and I want to add allies of coarse, but im torn on who.

So far its between:
-Sisters o' Battle (seems fluff with all that purging of heretics, dont know about tactically tho)
-Space Wolves (yeah I know the fluff behind this one, but from a gaming standpoint they work great)
-Mechanicus (again dont know tactically, but man are they neato!)

What does dakka think? Any C:SM CT that would ally good? I left out Knights cause lets face it....they ally good no matter what, who doesnt want a mini titan haha

I don't really know, as I run DA with my IG/AM army. Nothing as fun as a terminator librarian, with power field generator running around with a group of 5 or 6 Bullgryn, infront of a tank commander. T5, 3 wound models, with a 4+ invul save is nice.

Not the strongest but the coolest is blood angels to make an angels of death list. Very fast and hard hitting mixing black knights and jp death company galore is my usual favourite

This basically relies on Invisibility to protect the conclave against CC threats, although with 5 rolls it's a safe bet

I personally like RW + Clan Raukaan + Conclave.

although RW + Conclave + Skyhammer is also a good bet- Skyhammer to alpha strike anything that can beat you in close combat, then mop up with conclave + Black Knights.

The question is, 5 Librarians or 3? Interromancy is too good to pass up, I'd run 2 DA librarians and 3 Conclave librarians.

DA librarians roll Interromancy, Conclave librarians roll Telepathy and then Divination.

Interromancy is what started all this, I feel its strong and pairs well with so much

Conclave in unit of 10 black knights proved to be very brutal when i tried it. I think C:SM is the go to ally for me. Conclave, AA formation, three land raider formation. All are helpful for filling gaps in a list
