Your HQ looks good, I've nothing to say there.

30 cultists is a good blob, drop MoS, they're not worth it, they're still going to die just as easily.

Possibly get a squad of Noise Marines for your other troops?

What are the terminators armed with? Icon of Excess is good.

4 Spawn? They're okay. Perhaps some bikes to hide your lord in?

Havocs? I'd personally go with their points worth of Obliterators.

I like Vindicators. Perhaps a combi-bolter on top to save the main cannon from Weapon Destroyed.

Land Raider is fun, presuming you're putting the terminators in there.

The lord was going with the bikers, the terminators all have axes and the champion has a fist, they are going into the land raider and yes sorry I forgot to put in that the vindicator has a combi bolter. Obliterators that's a good call
