Probably the first question out here right now on the new system...
We were supposed to be able to use the multiple armies from one of the four Grand Alliances.
For example... Use stuff from Tomb Kings and Vampire Counts or (another example) Orruks and Ogors (Orcs and Ogres).
Any clarification on this?

As there are no army building rules per say, I guess it is fine, as some things have faction/alliance specific rules on scroll.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
Would love clarification from GW, but that ain't going to happen.

On web store things are sorted by either race, grand alliance, or faction. Would be consistent to allow grand alliance troops together.

They say you can take any model you own, don't they? Well, there's your info on how to use the Grand Alliances.

The rules are very clear. If you own it, and put it onto the table, then it is in your army. "Factions" of any kind aren't part of the core rules.
There are synergies within alliances- for example, summoning can only bring into the game models that were part of the spellcaster's grand alliance.
But that's it. The whole Age of Sigmar box set can be played as a single force (an unlikely alliance between followers of Khorne and Sigmar).
