I am in the process of making a small Chaos Daemon army but I don't want it to be the same few models.

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on some good looking "slaves to darkness" type demonic minions to add some variation to my army?

I've seen Pestigors put to good use as Plaguebearers. Maybe khornegors as Bloodletters?
There's a fair bit of not-Greater Daemons out there. Creature Caster on Kickstarter has some GORGEOUS ones....if he'd ever get them out the door.

Heresy Miniautres makes the awesome Blights, and they have a 25% off sale at the moment, so you can get 15 for £30.
Their zombies, ghouls and things would work nicely, too.

Studio McVey's Strain range has some great figures that would work well as weird gribbly daemon/monsters with the right paintjob.
