Can a Caestus Assault Ram ram another zooming flyer?

It says in italics below the options in IA2: *Despite being a Flyer, a Casestus Assault Ram may make Ram attacks in exactly the same way as a Tank when Zooming

I believe you can ram in the air. If that is indeed the exact wording in the book then you should be able to as you can only be zooming while flying. The question I would have is if this was treated as vector striking by "ramming" something that is on the ground or if you literally ram another plane (which in my mind would destroy both vehicles).

**Edit: Okay I just read the entry and I cannot find that particular quote you provided, however, after reading about the way the vehicle is made and it's intended use; I would solidify my answer to saying yes to its ability to ram air-bound targets.

From 'Zoom, Tank Shock and Ramming' in the Flyers section of the main rulebook:

Zooming Flyers cannot Tank Shock or Ram, nor can they be Tank Shocked or Rammed.

The wording of the rules as provided would allow a Caestus Assault Ram to perform a Tank Shock or Ram even though it is Zooming, but it does not allow the Caestus Assault Ram to Tank Shock or Ram a Zooming Flyer.

Agreed. You can use the Caestus to ram a rhino, or a hovering storm raven, but not a zooming storm raven.
