I'm a 40k player but AoS has me interested in fantasy - I remembered having an old dragon model which I got from an unknown source about 12 years ago. Any idea what it is?

It looks like the elvish dragons on GW but isn't quite the same as any of them. My guess is some sort of old high elf model?
