That is a pretty solid list. But some problems like the fact E/M LGL no longer come on the Reaktion Zonds and overcost units you need to download the newer 1.1 PDF and use Amry 5 instead, as it seem your using N2.5 rule set for units not N3. Army 5 and the PDF will be in a Living Rule Book state, so periodic updates will happen.

Now if you change the Reaktion Zond to the HMG, it's only option. You have a list coming in at 275pts 5.5SWC.

So here is an updated 300 list using Army 5. How is this?

Keeping in mind I don't have that many games under my belt...I'd try to drop one model somewhere, possibly one of the alguacils, so you have a single 10 order group, instead of two 6 order groups that might have trouble getting done what you want, especially with the AD and TO hidden deployment, or with casualties. I'd then try to upgrade another model to compensate the points, and possibly add some of the helper zonds to the clockmaker and daktari so they don't get shot as bad doing their job. Otherwise, looks good to me--several template options for anti-TO, sniper and HMG for range control, AD for popping up in unexpected areas to break crossfires, and hacker and engineer support for the TAG (plus a couple other specialists for objectives).
