Hello have been playing some games with my War Convocation list and some things have come up that i wanted to get some information on:

1,. First for the Imperial knight do the secondary weapons have to shoot at the same target as the same arms primary weapon. For example the heavy stubber on the rapid fire battle cannon arm or the heavy flamer on the wardens gating gun.

2. Also for the imperial knight do psychic powers or abilities granted by holding an objective effect the whole model or just one of its weapons. In particular i was on an OBJ that gave skyfire and someone was saying it only effected one weapon on super heavies not the whole thing, they also said it was the same for prescience [ divination primary power].

3. Are effects connected to unsaved wounds still effective even if the FNP roll is successful for the wound [ Skitarri phospher weapons for example.]
I ask because on one hand it doesn't make sense but they did rule in a FAQ that the shadow field from Dark eldar is lost even if the save is negated by FNP and since FNP can only be taken against unsaved wounds it makes some sense that it can work.

4. Is the Onager's Icarrus array one weapon or 3 , ie if i get a weapons destroyed result do they all go away?

5. How exactly does scout work. I though it meant each model may move 6 inches [ for infantry] but someone this weekend says that since its says within 6 inches of where it was deployed individual models may move more.
For instance if you had 10 models in a straight line covering 20 inches the one on the far left could move all the way over to the far right as long as he ended within 6 inches of where at least one models was.

6. What takes presedence a digtial rule book or a phsyical one.
The Cult Mech. Digital has cognis flamers as str 5 ap 4 where the phsycial has it as str 4 ap 5.
The digital main book list stomp as 4-6 for removed from play as the physical only lists it as a 6....

Thank you for your help and assitance.

No, they can shoot at a separate target. Allowance is given by the Super Heavy rules, and no additional restrictions exist for weapons mounted on the same arm - imagine that the Knight fires the cannon, then turns and shoots the stubber whilst the cannon is reloaded.

Ask that person for a page reference, because I cannot see anything in the SH or Mysterious Objectives sections. The objective and the Blessing affect an entire unit, not just a model and certainly not just one weapon. Note that a Skyfire battle cannon still cannot hit a Zooming Flyer (but can hit a FMC).

The 6" (or other distance for non-infantry) is measured on a per model basis - "each model can redeploy anywhere entirely within 6" of its current position."

Tricky one, technically each is valid. However, you'll have a tough time convincing people to accept Stomps on a 4+, it looks much more like a typo (the main rulebook is about the only thing now that still has a FAQ/Errata, so if they wanted to change it they could). Mech book is less clear, as it doesn't have a FAQ - what are the stats each in the main ranged weapons page and at the quick reference sheet at the back for each source (digital / non-digital)?

I'll leave the other questions for others.

In this specifc instance the digital book is clearly a typo as on its table it still says "2-5 is a S6 blast" which clearly conflicts with other result of 4-6

I'm not sure what's wrong with your digital copies, but mine have the Cogis Flamer at S4 AP5, and Stomps at 2-5 and 6. Although my digital CM codex still don't show the second weapons on Breachers and Destroyers. You'd think GW would get their Digital properties correct, seeing as books these days start off in digital format before going to print.

As to be Onager's Icarus Array, it's a single weapon that fires three profiles, which means a single weapons hit will remove the entire array. Use to be different in previous editions, with each weapon destroyed independent of each other for co-axle weapons, but 7th treats them as one weapon on the damage chart.

Knight weapons can be fired at different targets, per the BRB, so the Rapid Fire Battlecannon's co-axle Heavy Stubber and the Avenger Gatling Cannon's co-axle Heavy Flamer are free to target whatever you want within range and 45-degrees of the weapon's mount's facing.

The exact interaction is going to come down to the individual wording of what ever effect is going on. Got example the skyfire nexus lets you choose if every model in the unit has the skyfire rule each time the unit shoots. Since the Imp Knight shoots all at once it can choose once and that will apply to all its weapons.

I ask because on one hand it doesn't make sense but they did rule in a FAQ that the shadow field from Dark eldar is lost even if the save is negated by FNP and since FNP can only be taken against unsaved wounds it makes some sense that it can work.
The BRB says when you pass the FNP check to treat the wound as saved. So no, its not an unsaved wound anymore.
4. Is the Onager's Icarrus array one weapon or 3 , ie if i get a weapons destroyed result do they all go away?
An Icarus array consists of a twin Icarus autocannon with a built-in gatling rocket launcher and a built-in Daedalus missile launcher. I draw your attention to the game specific term "built-in". The weapon destroyed result of vehicle damage table tells us how to handle built-in weapons.
5. How exactly does scout work. I though it meant each model may move 6 inches [ for infantry] but someone this weekend says that since its says within 6 inches of where it was deployed individual models may move more.

Pick the model up, put it down within the range specified by the scout rule. Its on a per model basis, coherency is covered by the rule. Its not movement though, so you can, for example, scout right through an impassible wall.

The order of trust, for me, is Printed Book > Ipad Book > Printed Out FAQ > Mobi or Epub Book > Take the guy's word for it. The reason I rank epub and mobi books so low is, well thats whay I use and I know exactly how easy it is to alter them. My epub books are up to date with the proper errata and FAQ changes because I can alter the files but thats also a problem. If I was in a cheating mood I could alter my books to say almost anything. How would my opponent know a Cognis Mega-Smasher isn't real real weapon, let alone one that is s8 ap1 salvo 8/16 with a 72" range and an option on every single one of my units when he does not have a book of his own? I could put it in the epub if I wanted and that ability is why you can't take some one elses epub at face value if you don't think you can trust them.

I'd give more credence to the Ipad. Those are (usually) auto-updated when they FAQ it
