If I were to have a biker champion from khorne daemonkin charge a tactical squad and then challenge the sergeant who then accepts, the challenge is fought out and both survive 2 rounds of combat (so it is now the start of my turn again). If I target my champion with my own allied artillery from the renegades of Vraks list (I can do this because I have an Ordnance tyrant demagogue) the champion is killed by the artillery because it is ap3, do I get a blood tithe point for my champion dieing in a challenge?

I believe Khorne does not care from which the blood flows as long as it does, just re-read from where the blood tithe can come from, technically he did die during a challenge I personally would give it to you as that is how Khorne works.

Nothing requires the champion to have been killed by the enemy.

Nothing even requires the champion to be killed in a challage, but that point is still argued. Either way, in your case the blood tithe is gained.

"Because the Wolves kill cleanly, and we do not. They also kill quickly, and we have never done that, either. They fight, they win, and they stalk back to their ships with their tails held high. If they were ever ordered to destroy another Legion, they would do it by hurling warrior against warrior, seeking to grind their enemies down with the admirable delusions of the 'noble savage'. If we were ever ordered to assault another Legion, we would virus bomb their recruitment worlds; slaughter their serfs and slaves; poison their gene-seed repositories and spend the next dozen decades watching them die slow, humiliating deaths. Night after night, raid after raid, we'd overwhelm stragglers from their fleets and bleach their skulls to hang from our armour, until none remained. But that isn't the quick execution the Emperor needs, is it? The Wolves go for the throat. We go for the eyes. Then the tongue. Then the hands. Then the feet. Then we skin the crippled remains, and offer it up as an example to any still bearing witness. The Wolves were warriors before they became soldiers. We were murderers first, last, and always!" —Jago Sevatarion

Would that allow me to get the blood tithe from the enemy character dieing aswell because "A character with the Blood for the Blood God! special rule is slain, or slays an enemy
character in a challenge." seems to indicate that the enemy must die to my challenger.
I can understand getting it from my guy if he dies as either way you interpret it (he has to die in a challenge/ he has to die anytime) but the "or slays an enemy character" gives me the idea that I wouldnt get that bloodtithe.

Afraid not.
It specifically states the character with bftbg has to slay the enemy the enemy character. It just doesn't specify who has to kill yours

How does cutting, forming, or stamping with or as if with a die have anything to do with 40K?
I suppose you mean Dying
But, Nos is correct on this matter.
