Hello everyone im planning to get Huron ( more because his awesome background then his abilitys but i think hes worth using and im really excited to do that)
has anyone good suggestions for him?
I plan to bring him with a squad of marines with mid range weapons (plasma) and let him join a squad of noise marines with no rhinos because i want to
let this 2 units use his master of deceoption warlord trait ( i guess in a chance of getting 1-3 units , 2 is a good chance) and let him behind to strengh up my back
while i send a land raider with slaanesh marines( with melters) and a slaanesh lord with the black mace while bikes escorting them to a attack to break the enemys weakpoint
did you think this is a good idea or not? and what else could i bring? (usually playing 1500 point games)

Huron+Cypher can be pretty annoying. Lets you infiltrate a unit of Noise Marines / Plague Marines / Chosen into some ruins, and then get 2+ cover saves from Cypher (who can infiltrate alongside them).

You need to simply capitalize on the fact you're guaranteed ONE Infiltration. Therefore, you need something threatening. I use Typhus and Huron side by side, and use two full squads of Plague Zombies, as one of them are at least guaranteed the Infiltration. The other one is a bonus at that point.

Yeah but, isn´t it better to bring something with fire power like marines instead of zombie flesh shields?

LOLFirepower and Marines.
Marines don't HAVE firepower. That's why you Infiltrate a large tarpit. Hence why people also do the giant Noise Marine or Plague Marine squad. Because durability and large footprint. Not because they have great firepower.

If you are looking to infiltrate firepower, then look to infiltrating a 3-man squad of Obliterators. They can be placed to do the most damage and receive the least return fire possible.

He went renegade. There was a fight. That's about it.

If you put it like this you can let everything sound bad. Like if you take Kharn before the release of the horus heresy books.
There was a dude. He was angry. He killed other dudes.

Except he was a bad-ass Captain who carved out his own Empire that he successfully defended from the Imperium for years before being defeated. Even then he lived through sheer willpower and again started his own Empire. But yeah, that's stupid.

You got to build a list around him.
I like 20 strong mellee-orienter infiltrators with Cypher.

I've done a squad of 20 Noise Marines with Huron, a large squad of cultists with a Dark Apostle for fearless, and then a Tzentch biker squad decked out with melta or plasma, and the sergeant with Melta bombs and claws. Then fill the rest of the list with w/e you want. Worst case scenario is 1 unit infiltrates, so send Huron and the Noise Marines up the center and put a beating on a unit T1. The bikers are fast anyways, and the cultists can take up a ton of room, or hold back field objectives.

When I use Huron Blackheart I usually go with a squad of x4 lightning claw termis with a termi lord of khorne with LC/PF combo in a land raider as my infiltrator/outflanker.
Hits hard and has the psychological effect on my opponent I want.
If I am aloud 2 infiltrators the other is a x20 man squad of cultists with the mark of khorne. I outflank them into my opponents backfield and I usually through Huron with this squad.
and if aloud 3 infiltrators the second is another x20 man squad of cultists with mark of khorne. So on turn 2 I can have potentially 45+ guys in your backfield.

Word up.
CSM's strongest units are all melee-oriented. They're also slow as hell. Infiltrating large blobs of melee-squads is actually fairly cost-effective.

A few options with Huron:
15+ CSM with CCWs. Give the Mark of Khorne and make them Fearless either through the Icon or by Fabius Bile. I currently use the Icon but Bike is in my plans as a stand in for the Corpsemaster. But that makes 4 S5 Attacks per model on the charge. That's a threat few can survive and MUST be dealt with right away. Gives the rest of the army time to move forward. Huron himself goes in an assault based squad, I use Chosen, in a Land Raider.
Infiltrate a unit of three Obliterators with NoN. Assault Cannons and other close contact weapons are friggin devastating, and can make for a very good Alpha Strike. 2+/5++ isn't crap on a T5 model and again, it MUST be dealt with.
Cypher is a good addition, but I don't use him. Too many points in one trick and Chosen really aren't great anyway. I prefer to have that one threat that is completely in your opponent's face and any extra Infiltrates just give me better table control. Infiltrating Plagues or Noise Marines on Objectives so they don't have to move all game. Outflank them ONLY IF there is something I'm worried about. Drop Pods for instance.
My other points go towards Bikes. And the KhorneKin Gorepack, with Scout Khornedogs and Move Through Cover bikes, complements it very well. Very fast and hard hitting units give early table control.

When you got 1, huron can't infiltrate together with them as he doesn't have infiltrate himself. And unlike the rulebook trate which grants 3 + warlord, csm one is straight d3.

Huron is definitely a plague zombie blob's best friend. I have run Huron, Typhus and Cypher with large zombie squads, with some oblits, and it is a fun army, if not a bit unwieldy on the board.
This was more of a sixth edition army, but it should still have viability, as 30 zombies don't really need a babysitter when infiltrating: they are there to clog up the board and tarpit something come turn 2.
Since you mentioned noise marines in one of your builds, you also might want to include an outflanking chaos lord on steed of Slaneesh, rather than on a bike, as it equates to more ways to pop up in your opponent's face. Toughness 4 blows, but the Icon of Excess on your outflanking NM squad should help to mitigate that.

I did not wanted to bring the slaanesh lord on a bike. I wanted to bring him in a land raider with a squad of marines with the mark of slaanesh.
Sorry if i express myself wrong
