Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

Greetings, I would like you to provide opinion and input on this list based upon that fact that while I intend on bringing it to a big event in 2016, it will mainly be used at my home against a variety of other balanced lists. The reasoning behind this list is that Calgar has to settle an old score somewhere but feels that the newer space marines need to get a trial by fire but of course they are supported by the 1st Co because Calgar knows that the mission is very important. As such, a Demi-Co features in the list to provide the army with some re-rolls.

Gladius Strike Force:

Strike Force Command:
Calgar (Warlord)
(4) Honor Guard with Power Swords and Chapter Banner in a Drop Pod

Battle Demi-Co:
Captain with Teeth of Terra, Artificer Armor and Jump Pack
(10) Tactical Marines with Melta, Multi-Melta, Combi-Melta and Melta Bombs in a Drop Pod
(5) Tactical Marines with Grav Cannon in a Rhino
(5) Tactical Marines with Grav Cannon in a Rhino
(3) Bikes with Grav Gun x2
(5) Devastators with Lascannon x2 and Heavy Bolter x2

1st Co Task Force:
(5) Sternguard with Combi-Melta x4 in a Drop Pod
(5) Terminators with Assault Cannon
(5) Vanguard Veterans with Jump Packs, Power Fist and Relic Blade

"Plan" is to drop Calgar and melta tac squad turn 1 to initiate threat while the rest of the list moves where it needs to go. If the melta tac marines dont kill their target with Tactical Doctrine help, the Sternguard can clean up with Melta but of course they still have their special ammo. Captain "Titus" tanks wounds for the Vanguard so they can get into position and by them hopefully the Terminators have arrived where they need to go (probably near Calgar). Grav Cannon Rhinos and Grav bikes do what they do.

Big question- Should I drop a Combi-Melta from the Sternguard and give the Devastators Missile Launchers instead of Heavy Bolters?
