Okay so I was looking at my AoBR Warboss the other day and I couldn't help thinking how generic he looked, there must be what a couple thousand of him out there. So I was wondering what bitz I could add to him to make him look more unique. I have some spare nobz bitz lying around (jaws, shoulder pads, etc.). So what could I do to make him more unique??

"The space marine officer was waving and yelling to his men on the wall unaware he was leading the Squiggoth on. Stompy (the squiggoth) headbutted its way through the wall and gave chase to the terrified commander as he ran up seven tiers of the fortress, trying to close gates behind him and ordering men to cover his fight. In the end, stompy cornered and pulverised the officer in the heart of the citadel as thousands of orks poured through the breaches he had left behind."

First, you are an ork player, you don't need Ork bits to make a model. ALL bits are Ork bits.
Second, to make him yours, start smashing bits on him till you like him. That is the best advice for all ork players

Under the couch

That's a fairly broad question, really.

Figure out how you want to equip him, and start from there.

This one from a masterclass in White Dwarf a few years ago is a good example of how even a few different parts can totally make a mini unique.

The changes are simple for the most part. The gun arm has been reposed to 'open' the pose, but beyond that it's just adding parts from the Nob set, such at the buzz saw, bayonet and jaw plate.

I'm almost finished with him I added a jaw plate, a bayonet from the nobz harpoon thing, and I added some extra bitz to him.
