Shouldn't be a trouble. Prime your mini, don't use it whilst your acrylics are wet, and test on the sprue if you're worried at all.

Also try and remember: Don't wash your brushes with water when using it.
Liquid Gold cannot be mixed with water, to the contrary, the slightest contact with water will cause the pigments to rust within the jar.


Sounds like a pretty awesome model to test it out on, hope you'll share pics with us.

It'll work fine over whatever primer. It will show up surface flaws like you wouldn't believe. Prep accordingly.
