  This is my list for my homebrew chapter, the Equites Austis. Their possible founding chapter is the Raven Guard. Fluff wise this list fits me just fine. Can you suggest me the Pros and Cons? I want them to be fast and guerilla tactics but mostly CQB, that's why I have all with swords, lances and shields. Any suggestions to have some formations against Imperial Knights? (in my local shop they have at least one each Sunday) Thanks in advance!

									Yeah, Raven Guard! Certainly not the best around as far as chapter tactics goes but that's not everything. Although one thing I do notice is that only one unit will actually get any benefits from the CT. Everyone else looks to be in transports so won't get the shrouded, and then the vets are the only guys with jump packs. So something like ultramarines would be of more use.
  
  Also you don't need to put individual model and upgrade cost breakdowns. Makes it a bit hard to read and there's some stuff against doing it.
  
  I think you may run into trouble with the vanguard vets. I assume shrike is to go with them to give them infiltrate? If so the librarian cannot join them if they do infiltrate as he hasn't got it. Shrike joins before deployment and so can give the squad infiltrate, but the librarian joins during deployment as normal. But then cannot join infiltrators. If you are wanting to run vets+shrike I'd try to keep the cheap.
  
  Overall though, there's a lot of upgrades on units which just bloat their cost. The librarian could loose a lot of it, even down to only having ML2 and then stick him with the honour guard in the raven. For scouts in a storm I would avoid heavy weapons as they'll be mobile. And I'd take a combi weapon to match the armament of the storm (like melta or flamer). Keep the rest on bolters or shotguns. On the vets take a claw with a shield rather than a sword, and take a maul over the lances. In the interest of keeping them cheap and not drawing to much attention I'd consider dropping it to 5 guys and only having a couple of shields to take the odd heavy hit. I don't really see what the damned bring, quite expensive for a bit of ignores cover bolters and a plasma cannon. There's not enough to survive beyond a turn as they die just as easy to volume of fire. There's also a lot of locator beacons and homers around, all of which aren't necessary, like the drop pods.
  Trimming that should leave you quite a lot of points. I'd consider some bikes, they benefit from the CT and bring a lot of special weapons either in a command squad or small fast attack slot. You could probably fit in some landspeeders to deep strike on your locator beacons. Such as twin melta or twin flamers, considering everything else, I think you'd want the meltas.
