So you get two units of liberators in the Starter Box for $125 retail. And the boxed set is one unit for $50. Why would you ever buy the boxed set? Does the starter not come with the different weapon choices for the liberators?

I'm not prejudiced, I hate everyone equally

No there are no option in starters, personally id just get the starter these are great models, liberators in the box set have a few nasty mold lines that need extra work to get them smooth but thats all. SCE are pretty powerful at skirmish game size 10 is still quite a force. I will likely get a box of new libbys to get the heavy weapons so each squad has some.

If you're already decided on AoS and only interested in building up a Stormcast Eternal army, you may want to just grab the Liberator boxes as none of the models in the starter set are customisable.

However, the starter set models look fantastic anyway and will likely have exclusive content for both Khorne and the Stormcast. It's also worth noting that 47 models total for £75 is a steal by GW standards.

Like above, £75 for 47 dudes, INCLUDING 5 Hero/Monsters, is brilliant, especially if you get 20% off if you get them from gamingfigures.com or wayland games. The box can get swords, so if you can, swords use box and hammers use starter.

The only real reason to get the 5 man box set is if you are dead set on having duel hammer/sword Liberators along with the being able to use the correct model for the Grand Hammer/Relic Blade special weapon. Other than that, you can just use a Retributior as the Prime with a Grand Hammer and not loose out on the special weapons.

Well, its a trade-off.
The starter box is the much better deal.
But the Liberator box has all weapon options available.
I'd go for the starter set and convert weapons if required.

Liberator box has too many weapons for 5 figs.

Taking one box with the starter gives you enough options to have something else than 10 guys on foot with hammers and shields.

Or you can take the bitz from the Liberator's box. Or just the Stormcast models from the starter. It's not like it's difficult to find those on the net, after all.

Or just wait for bitz stores and get a single body and a single great hammer to make one specialist. Sure, will cost less than he would in a box, but you're not paying for the whole unit to get one model.

Unless you like swords more, that is. But even then it's better to buy the starter AND THEN go normal box route, because this starter is a total steal for the money you pay. Especially with AoS battle scale being more skirmishy - that's basically 3/4 or 2/3 of an army that's most comfortable to play with. The set has about 47 wounds total after all and 100 seems like the upper limit of what seems to be comfortable to play so at best you'll just bump those two libby squads to 10 (or get more small squads for better table control), flesh out the special units and wait for GW to release some centrepiece for that army. Or add archers, because it's nice to have some shooty units in AoS.

See if you can pick up the Stormcast half of the starter on eBay. There should be loads up by now.
