Hello all.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience turning Necron stuff to Chaos. I am build Daemonkin to be specific
I have some models I was thinking of putting on ebay as bits/parts, but I hate to waste. I have an almost intact Catacomb Command Barge and an Annihilation barge, some wariors a few scarabs.

Is it possible to use this stuff Chaosy? I convert a lot but I can't visualize... So I am looking for any threads, pics, etc. Anything anyone might think is useful.

Heya,

I haven't any experience making Chaosy Necrons, but I do convert necrons and chaos into my orks. To create Chaosy - crony - Orks!

So is it possible? hell yeh! Nurgle would have been easier (but that's just because nurgle is like the easiest converting the world has ever seen). For daemonkin, you could very easily turn your barge into stuff like the soul grinders etc...

So how about a brainstorm to start off? (assuming you actually like to play the game also)
Khorne fleshhounds are a good unit, you could sculpt some necrons into dog shapes - Torso's become ribcages placed horizontally, you can snip arm joints to place the arms into a more traditional 4 legged pose, then maybe sculpt the face? placing a scarab in the head/brain area to help indicate its robotically controlled?

Bloodthirster, giant robot bloodthirster, using a tomb blade you could use the cresent shape to create the head of an axe or something
Some great d

If its any help, there used to be these guys in the old 40k predessesor, Space Crusade.

They were android bodies with deamons bound inside them (by chaos squats, I seem to remember) - their design was later used to inspire the necrons.

Why must I always choose beween certain death and probable death.

Ooooh I like that! daemon souls bound into necron bodies, forced to serve the blood god within the mortal realm! That could be a great theme
