So my club is doing a 750 point double tournament in a couple of months and I want to get an early start on my list to tweak it and practice with it
My only problem is I lack some ap 2. Rules not yet decided yet for tournament either.

The letters will most likely sit around in cover and protect the csm or deep strike later in game for objective capping
I originally had another squad of 5 hounds and mauler but thought I needed a bit more shooting

Any thoughts/ suggestions?

Most 750 point armies are going to have trouble with this. The hounds are just about guaranteed to get a charge or two in.

I would add in the other squad of 5 hounds instead of the CSMs, or a couple squads of cultists. Either you want to go all offensive, or you want to be able to camp all over the place.

i was thinking about dropping the CSM but then I lack some shooting, I know Khorne are mainly cqc but i want it to be backed up with some shooting.

my only real worries are fighting a sm with centurians and my brothers necrons. no clue how to fight the veil of darkness.
