When placing a blast marker do you need to CENTER it over a model or simply place the hole over any part of the model? I cannot find where in the rulebook to confirm this. Thanks!

The central hole has to be completely within a models base.

No, haven't got my book on me but its in the rules for blasts I believe, or possibly shooting.
