Cool, thanks.
I haven't been able to find any of their warscrolls yet.

They are all on the GW site. You can also download the app for android/ipad/iphone and get most of the scroll from there as well. I think 99% of the scrolls are there.

New units with new scrolls. I believe you won't get them for free on the internet. At best it might happen when they hit stores as separate products, but it seems that new AoS armies will just have the scrolls in their boxes rather than free on the web - this way you have to buy at least one box to be able to play with that unit rather than grab anything and proxy (unless of course you download pirated pdf).
Look at the Dryads/treemen and, well, AoS starter forces battalions - three forces that you don't get scrolls for on the internet, but you get them in their respective physical copies (starter campaign book for Goretide and Hammerhand's force while the new big book has the dryads)

The new chaos units are Khrone Bloodbound. Their keywords include CHAOS and KHORNE
The old Warriors of Chaos have the keyword CHAOS and if allocated to a particular god that god's keyword.
Some of the Bloodbound abilities affect units with the KHORNE keyword, so they are back-compatible iwth old warriors of chaos that have chosen Khorne.
This means they are all new units with new stats while still working perfectly with existing WoC armies.

When the individual units are released, there is a link to the rules for them to the right of the description on their page on the GW site so you can download them. At this time, they haven't put them together in a warscroll. It is possible they are waiting until more of the units are released so they can have them completely together.
As others have said, the free app allows you to access all of the warscrolls. It is a bummer that they aren't including the battalion rules and the scenarios on the web for free, but I guess they have to sell something. AFAIK, the dryads and treemen rules are the same in the book as they were in the Wood Elves warscroll, so you aren't missing anything there.
