Here's a mini that I got to paint up for Warhammer Fantasy (or Age of Sigmar as it is now).

I must say, I really like painting up rotting flesh and pustules. The biggest challenge for Nurgle minis is finding a strong composition that doesn't end up with everything just being brown. I feel I pulled this off on this mini:

Very impressive!

Your comments on brown are so bang on. I find painting "peasants" a challenge since they are in brown - but how many different shades can one really do?

Great work here too on the horse.

looks great. It would have been cool if you painted his horse black, because right now, he looks a lot like the 4th horseman of the apocalypse death, and it is fitting.

anyways, happy wargaming, great stuff.

very nice. although i feel the horse still looks a little too healthy considering hes covered in pustules and half his face is gone..maybe a little inflammation around the wounds and infections would just finish it for me.

Thanks.

Wouldn't it be more fitting for him to have a pale horse like the one belonging to Pestilence?
