Using the NSF:
Kaldor Draigo
Librarian, lvl3, DLD
Terminator squad (5), hammer, psycannon
Terminator squad (5), hammer, psycannon
Terminator squad (5), hammer, psycannon
Interceptor squad (5), hammer, incinerator
Stormraven lascannon, MM
Dreadknight psycannon, incinerator, greatsword, teleporter
Dreadknight psycannon, psilenser, greatsword, teleporter
Aegis Defence Line with Comms Relay
I have never played grey knights before, not sure about these choices. It seems there are very few models on the board, and i am used to playing shooting Space Marine MSU (my main army)
Other that these units, i have about 15 PA Grey Knights that canbe used as strike, interceptor, purifier or purgation squads, another strormraven, 2 land raiders, dreadnoughts and rhinos/razorbacks
Also, i would need some basic advice on how Grey Knight play usually. They seem to be favoring assaults even against vehicles, but how do they fare against assault armies like Orks, Tyrannids and Deamons that completely outnumber them?

As I see it (not a grey knights player) you have no AA at all

From my experience, playing a pure grey knights list can be kinda rough, especially when you get up into to 1500+ points brackets.
I find the most effective unit in the entire codex IMHO are purifiers, they absolutely wreck ork and nid armies, with cleansing flame. also being ap4, eldar and tau are especially vulnerable if you can get in close. They are much more effective than interceptors once you close the distance.
Speaking of getting in close, aside from the stormraven and personal teleporters on the dreadknights, how do you keep your army mobile? this is the biggest challenge I have found with GK, they are easily out maneuvered by a lot of armies, (various flavours of eldar here..) Deep-striking aside (something that I'm not really fond of for CC oriented terminators unless executed en mass), once you're on the ground you're kinda stranded and the elite nature of grey knights definitely rules out footslogging. (assuming you go with some number of purifiers) My preferred method of delivery for purifiers in pure GK list are razorbacks/rhinos. this is another point where personal preference comes in. In smaller games (750) I run two squads of six purifiers with halberds a hammer & an incinerator in stock razorbacks. they make for very solid TaC units.
One last note for a pure GK list... Unless you are in dire need of some AA, don't take the storm raven. GK need to win the battle on have ground, and wont be winning any dogfights vs anything that would matter to your army anyways.
If you would consider running an allied detachment... well. purifiers in drop pods are pretty freaking awesome.

4,000pts Grey KNights
10,000+pts Dark Eldar
4,00pts Necron
5,000pts Eldar
Other Imperium : I stopped counting around 20,000pts
Maybe its time to invest in a titan? |

Orks and Tyranids are not the toughest things for GK to deal with, and you have special rules to help against daemons. You're probably safer in close combat than out of it. Basically you have some amazing anti-light infantry firepower but hardly any ranged weapons that can deal with power armor and terminators. Meanwhile anything with grav weapons can sweep you off of the table fast. Necrons will also cause huge problems since assault is the GK solution to everything and flayed ones will laugh at you in assault.

Hmm.. besides having an abnormal number of attacks and RP for 13 pts models , do flayed ones have anything else i am not aware of?
Since Grey Knights strike at higher init, theoretically they should thin the herd first and have a pretty good chance of winning combat

They reroll to wound and thus their large number of attacks will land wounds. Activating force will help kill them since it will reduce their RP saves by 1.
