This would be for my 1500 to 2000 point team with Belial as one of my HQs. Would it be better to use two Terminator squads bringing in one on in a Land Raider and the other by Deep Strike or just make them one 10 model squad and bring them all in by Deep Strike?

Thanks in advance!

Two units of five IMO. That way you then get to use the Redemption Force formation (after adding an HQ) and if an enemy targets one and somehow wiped it out, the wounds wouldn't spill onto over models as they are separate units. Plus you can do two things at once / fulfill different roles.

EDIT: Plus it's easier to kite one unit.

Thanks for the advice!

Depends how you plan to outfit them. Combat Squading them would be exactly the same, except you can throw most of your melee potential in one squad (Chainfist and TH/SS) and keep your two Heavy Weapons together.

The sad thing is Deathwing can't Combat Squad.

Are you sure? Literally everything can Combat Squad in a Marine army, and this is virtually the only situation it would be good in...

Ya, Deathwing Knight and Terminator don't have Combat Squad.
