I have a 1000 pt horde Guard army of 147 miniatures (all infantry) and was going for a simple urban scheme.
This is what I came up with and so far 50ish/147 have been painted to a 'decent' tabletop standard exactly like this.

SO, WADDAYA THINK?

I reckon that is great, love the colour scheme.

Not sold on the bright red weapons, if you want them that colour I think they need some kind of wash to take the edge off. Also the red barrel on the laspistol makes it look like a training weapon (to me). They would look to plain in black, but maybe a gunmetal barrel on the pistol and then nuln oil both of them?

Really like the greys. Not sold on that particular red. Can't quite place why, it's perhaps the cold/warm combo is a little jarring.
Maybe the red just needs something to break it up, like when folks have those yellow and black safety hazard coloured weapons?
Perhaps a rich copper on the metal parts?
