So my local group is hosting a small tournament at the local store in a few weeks to try and raise awareness of the game in our area and beat the crap out of each other.. And I was hoping for some insight or suggestions regarding the list I'm thinking of taking.

What are your plans for the list?

I can't see how you're going to beat basically anyone with this list. No solid beat sticks, the Posse are going to be doing a lot of work here and you have to hope you keep enough Shamblers alive for the Bokur bomb

I've never played with or against gatormen, but I have to say it looks kind of flimsy. You need a real monster that can break opponents toughies, as well as perhaps a posse more to get a few more models?

But of coure, if this is your models and what you have, go for it. Play like you got a pair!

At 25 I would be going

Barnabus +6
Wrassler 9
Bull Snapper 3

Posse 9

That is the bread and butter of nearly any list, 15 all the way to 50... You should always include that if you are running Barny or Rask.

The remaining 10 could be nearly anything, Another Posse + Swamp Gobbers, Shamblers + Witch Doctor + Swamp Gobbers. Croak Hunters + solo.
