Schedule:

12:00 - 12:30 = Registration
12:30 - 12:45 = Pairings
12:45 - 2:15 = Round 1
2:15 - 2:45 = Break
2:45 - 4:15 = Round 2
4:15 - 5:45 = Break
5:45 - 7:15 = Round 3
7:15 = Winners Announced / Wrap-up

Army Restrictions:
-"Unbound" Armies = Not allowed
-“Come the Apocalypse” Allies = Not allowed
-Forge World army lists and material exclusively from the Horus Heresy = Not allowed
-Any unit listed as “Apocalypse only” or have the “Experimental Rules” stamps, such as the Warhound Scout Titans or Deredeo Pattern Dreadnought, will not be allowed in this tournament. Unless the unit is also listed in the Warhammer 40000: Escalation book or the Codex you are using.
-Forge World units are allowed in an army, but because of their rarity, only one (1) such unit can exist in an army per player, not one (1) per detachment. Also only the most updated rules for those units will be allowed to be used.
- Players may utilize no more than 3 “Detachments”. Formations, Data Slates, and Codex Detachments are all considered ‘Detachments’ for the purposes of this event, unless otherwise stated in a faction codex.
-No fortifications of any kind will be allowed to be purchased for any player.
-Any player may purchase one (1) Lord of War option for their army that is either listed in their faction codex or in Warhammer 40000: Escalation. This Lord of War option also cannot make up more than 45% of your army’s total points, which for this purposes of this tournament will be 835 Points.

There will be awards for;
-Best General: (1st place)
-2nd place
-3rd place
-Best Painted/Converted
-Sportsmanship

Rounds

Round 1
Round one will be a game of Big Guns Never Tire. There will be 4 Objectives. And the Deployment Style is Pitched Battle.

Round 2
Round two will be a game of The Scouring. Deployment Style will be Hammer And Anvil.

Round 3
Round three is a game of Purge The Alien. The deployment style will be Vanguard.

Scoring
At the end of the game, both players must add up the total number of Victory Points they gained throughout the battle. You score Victory Points by completing the Primary Objectives and Secondary Objectives of each mission. The Secondary Objectives are First Blood, Line Breaker, and Slay The Warlord.



You must have a physical copy of your army list, with your name, to hand to the judge before the tournament starts.

Hey, looks like fun, but 90 minute rounds at 1850? That's a tad aggressive. Typically you have closer to three hour rounds at 1850, 2.5 hours at the low end. You think people will finish their games?

Had a great time at this event. Was a small turn out but the store is really nice and the guys that showed up where a good group. The 90 min rounds had me concerned but the TO was pretty flexible with the time.

Thanks for putting on a nice laid back tourney. Will definitely come down for future tournaments.
