Hi there! May I embark in one transport unit and independent characters who not allowed to join a unit? The rules says that i can put one unit and/or any amount of independent characters.
PS Sorry for my English, it's not my native language

Let's say you had Logan Grimnar in his Chariot, you can't put him in a Land Raider but if he wasn't in the Chariot, he'd embark as normal. So flip to the back of your codex, in the Profiles you'll see next to a unit entry for an Infantry independent character "In.(Ch)" which stands for Infantry Character.
Though to be honest I can't see a situation where this would arise unless you were using a Stormraven, Thunderhawk or a Raider Redeemer/Crusader. So long as when they all disembark the transport the Character is more than two inches away from the unit you should be Ok.
Or just talk to your opponent about it.

Firstly, welcome to Dakka!
Further on in the Transport rules (p81) there is a section called "Independent Characters & Transports" which expands on the quote you've given - basically the IC is automatically joined to the unit in the transport "just as if the Independent Character was within 2" of the unit."
Now, the rules don't specify what happens if the IC is not allowed to join the unit (presumably this is Chaos Marines with different Marks? Or Crimson Slaughter relic thingy?), but it would seem like a cheat - the IC is now joined to a unit he cannot join, and could disembark still attached.

For example I had a Land Raider and i wanna put inside 3 of heroes (Pedro Calgar and Lysander). May i do it? And other situation, i had an infantry (5 elders), and 3 of eldar IC, who aren't allowed to join in a unit. May I put them in one transport? Automatically Appended Next Post: And thanks for answers!

If either an Independent Character or a unit is already in a vehicle, the other may join them by embarking too (assuming, of course, that there is enough space) - Independent Character & Transports As Embarking is how you Join a Unit already Embarked, the restriction preventing you from Joining would also prevent you from Embarking.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures. |

Yes - the Independent Character rules allow IC's to join each other to form a unit composed only of IC's Independent Character, page 166, First sentence wrote:{...} They can join other Independent Characters though, to form a prowerful multi-character unit!

Harlequins 'The Heroes' Path' Formation?
A Solitaire isn't an Independent Character (just an ordinary Character) and cannot be joined.
If you tried to put the formation's Death Jester and Shadowseer into a transport together, you'd have one rule saying they cannot be joined (A Solitary Path, from the formation's rules) and a rule saying they must be joined (rulebook p81, Independent Characters & Transports). These are mutually exclusive, and 'cannot' beats 'must'.
