Hey y'all

I was wondering if it is still possible to get 8th Edition Battle Magic cards?
Me and a friend have always wanted to get into Fantasy from 40K but have never gotten around to doing it. Though, we are only interested in the straight battle-line/regimented play of 8th and previous editions.
While not essential it seems that battle magic cards are really useful, does anybody know where to get any? I've checked EBay and ive only managed to find one pack relevant to me, but over $60 seems steep.
I'm collecting Ogre kingdoms and a small Orc's and Goblins army btw. My friend has managed to get a cheap pack for his Tomb Kings apparently

Thanks guys

Magic cards are almost essential for 8th considering how much time it saves and how handy it is to place the card next to the affected unit.

But your only bet is getting them from auction sites like eBay.

Another thing you could do is print out the relavent pages from the armybooks with the magic spells on. Laminate the pages and cut them into individual tiles.

They won't look as nice but it'll be cheap and still just as useful for battles.

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

Local stores still have piles of these things, and on the bright side, a lot of the FB stuff is marked down to sell.

I've actually bought more Fantasy stuff in the last month than I have in the last 10 years, just because of mark-down sales

That's actually not a bad idea. Its kind obvious really but I didn't think of that as an option haha, ta.
