Honestly, I just followed the instructions for Hallowed Knights in White Dwarf;
Balthasar Gold for the base, wash with Reikland Flesh. I think what you are seeing is the _very_ light drybrushing of Runefang Steel. I was rather pleased with the effect myself but
GW have been drybrushing their gold with silver for years, so I cannot put any kind of claim to it. Normally I would have just washed the gold (with Magic Goop at that) and not bothered with the drybrushing but I thought if I was going to use the new paints I would be in for a pennt, in for a pound - and it seems to be working out!
Does make things quite nice, though you have to avoid going heavy on the silver as you will stuff up the look (I can testify to that, having stuffed up a couple of models before having to re-do them!).
