Sniper weapons are cool and all, but given their scarcity and meh-ness, they're not really great. This is a little change that I think might give some more value to snipers, without actually breaking them (hopefully).

The idea is this: sniper weapons have the additional rule:
----
Advanced Sights

This rule allows a unit with sniper rifles to fire into enemy combat, but they only hit on 6s. This isn't a roll on BS to hit, it represents the unit's effort not to hit its allies.

This roll can be modified based on certain factors:

BS 4 or greater: +1 to roll to hit

BS 8 or greater: +1 to roll to hit (can stack with BS 4)

Enemy is monstrous creature (and thus taller and bigger and easier to hit): +1 to hit

Enemy is swarm: -1 to hit

Enemy has 4x more models than ally in the combat: +1 to hit

Ally has 4x more models than enemy in combat: -1 to hit.

Snap shots may not be fired into combat.

----
This doesn't really up the killing power of snipers, but it increases their utility.
