Orks are renowned for their complete lack of feths to give about one another. In fact if they aren't actively fighting someone else they will generally start killing each other for sport and to prove who is the best. So, with that in mind I propose this new rule to make the game both a bit fluffier for orks and to give the orks a new rule that can/maybe benefit them.

Ork Faction Rule: Shoot d'em gitz: Any unit made completely of models with the Ere We Go special rule may choose to fire into a Close combat where an allied unit is fighting. On a D6 roll of 6 the Ork unit hits the enemy unit and on a roll of 1 the Ork unit hits the friendly unit. You may not use this rule if the unit firing is itself in close combat.

I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you mess with me, I'll kill you all

A 50-50 chance?

Honestly, that seems fair and pretty fluffy. As long as the firing unit remembers that they're getting their skulls smashed in after the battle.

Sounds good. I'd be happy to houserule that.
