I know I've seen people make the conversion from a Predator to a Rhino, but I don't know about the Razorback parts.

No. It does not have the smaller razorback turrets, though those can be bought off of eBay.

Full rhino kit. All the boxes based on the rhino hull can make a rhino, plus whatever it’s supposed to.

Yes. It's a Rhino kit (as is the Razorback package) with additional parts for the Predator turret and sponsons. And a Predator without sponsons would look silly without the side doors. :-)

It's tricky to get rhino kits to make either but doable. You need to magnet the roof and sponsons in the predators case.

It makes sense to have swappable rhino/razorbacks, because the only thing that you have to change is the turret. But any of the other vehicles, IMO, are just too expensive as their primary kit to sub in as rhinos. Also, any kits that use sponsons.
But that's just me

When I built my pred, I didn’t glue the top hatch on, and the sponsons are just tacked on. It’s gone a few editions with the potential to be a rhino, but has always taken the field as a pred.
With the new codex, this might change. Before, I could always just use a HS slot to take it as a tank. Now, if I want to use formations, I need all sorts of extras. Like two more tanks that I don’t own. Or a spare HQ/2 troops to add a CAD to my army. So my ability to include it in my force is severely hampered.
On the other hand, I’m now being strongly encouraged to take the demi co, and the 3 tac squads. I’ve only got two dedicated rhinos, and a new razor. So there is a higher demand for transports. If I were to make a mech (rather then drop) list, I could use another basic rhino, one for each tac, and the razor for a command/ dev.
Seeing that all it takes is not glueing the top hatch on the rhino/razor, you might as well leave your options open. Even if you rarely use them.

A Baal Predator comes with everything you'd need to make a Twin-Linked Assault Cannon Razorback.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

It has the right weapons, but would have a predator turret instead of a razorback turret, which would be confusing for opponents.

You don't need to magnetise the roof hatch. It sits in place quite nicely without glue.

I used the TLAsC from the ravenwing accessory sprue to make guns for my razor. If you want something that’s 100%, the guns from the front of the LRC/R should fit in the normal mount on top of the razor.
